HOA Board Meetings
Monthly board meetings are held at 6:30pm on the second Monday of each month. Residents are welcome at the clubhouse for the first half hour to ask questions or bring concerns to our board members. If you would like to see the monthly meeting minutes and financial statements, please log in under the Residents Login tab at the top.

Most Common Fines and Warnings
Warnings are sent in the mail one time. If you are unsure of any fines or liens, sign up with the management company website. These are some of the most common, but not all, fines issued. Please contact the management company if you have a dispute.

- Trash cans in view from the street. (Place in garage or behind fence out of view except day of pickup)
- Parking in the street or on the grass. (Only visitors are allowed to park in the street for a certain period of time)
- Lawn is not mowed, edged, weeded, and just not kept up in general.
- Home is not pressure washed.
- Vehicles not registered, operable, or license plate has been removed.
